At S.H.E Speaks, we believe that true impact begins with service. As we continue to host empowerment events, community outreach initiatives, and faith-based programs that inspire women around the world, we’re looking for passionate individuals who want to make a difference.

What is SHE Builds?
SHE Builds is a faith-driven empowerment organization created to help women build strong foundations in life, faith, leadership, and purpose. We exist to support women as they heal, grow, and step confidently into who God has called them to be—spiritually, emotionally, and practically.
Through coaching, mentorship, education, events, and community initiatives, SHE Builds provides the tools, resources, and support women need to move from survival to stability, and from purpose to impact. We believe building begins within—and when a woman is strengthened on the inside, she can build a life that reflects her calling.
SHE Builds is the foundation that supports and connects our empowerment initiatives, creating spaces where women are equipped, encouraged, and empowered to build boldly, live intentionally, and lead with confidence.

S.H.E Speaks is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering, encouraging, and equipping women to heal, grow, and walk boldly in their God-given purpose. Rooted in faith and sisterhood, we create safe spaces where women can find strength, hope, and restoration—no matter their past or present circumstances.
Through inspirational events, workshops, retreats, community outreach, and transformational resources, S.H.E Speaks focuses on personal development, spiritual growth, healing from trauma, and building confidence from the inside out. We believe every woman has a voice, a calling, and a future filled with purpose—and we exist to help her discover and embrace it.

Founded with a passion for empowering women, SHE Builds LLC was born out of a desire to create a space where women can find the encouragement and guidance they need to succeed. Our founder, Tiffani R. Henry, envisioned a community where women could connect, grow, and empower one another, leading to the creation of SHE Builds. We believe in the strength of sisterhood and the power of shared experiences.

Through transformative workshops, inspiring speakers, and powerful worship services, this conference provides a safe space for healing, restoration, and personal growth. The event culminates in a formal gala honoring survivors of domestic violence and community advocates. Join us for a journey of renewal as we move from brokenness to strength, and from pain to purpose, in a supportive community of faith.
